About Emergent Systems Laboratory

We study human developmental intelligence and social phenomena with emergent properties from the viewpoint of computation in order to better understand the more dynamic aspects of human intelligence and society than the conventional aspects. On the basis of such understandings, we are trying to develop autonomous cognitive robots, communication support methods, and propose new social architectures.
